Why I do this work
Here is what I kept seeing: smart, hardworking owners making good money and still lying awake wondering where it all went. They were not doing anything wrong. Nobody had ever sat down and shown them their own numbers in plain English.
That is the work. As a fractional CFO, I help you see where you stand, build a plan to get where you want to go, and run the business on real numbers. My team keeps the books clean underneath all of it.
